GARDEN FLAT
Large comfortable accommodation in Arnside for five people, dogs welcome!
Belmont's garden flat is completely self-contained and accessed from either the front or rear of the house. Covering the entire ground floor, it provides ample space for 4-5 people. It has high ceilings, large rooms, a wooden hallway floor and has been recently newly carpeted in the bedrooms. Dogs are welcome (Arnside is the perfect place for dogs!). The flat has a wet room which comes in very handy for cleaning off all that sand and mud from the beach!
ACCOMMODATION INCLUDES
Five guests can sleep in two bedrooms, comprising: one king and one double with another single bed.
There is a shower and sink room and separate WC.
Fully-equipped kitchen and spacious hallway with utility cupboard.
A range of conveniences include: Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, Nespresso coffee maker and microwave.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
There is an outdoor seating area to the rear which catches the evening sunshine.
In house entertainment includes: WiFi, Smart TV, Alexa smart speakers, board games and a wide selection of books.
Located just one minutes walk from the Arnside promenade, all amenities including, cafes, pubs and shops are in easy walking distance.
Lovely flat very near the beach - great for our dog and good and friendly pub nearby. Arnside is a real undiscovered gem.

The property was exactly as described, what a great location and a wonderful place to stay. Great for dogs with plenty of space and the beach a mere stone’s throw away. Wifi was good and allowed me and my partner to both work whilst away which is not always the case in such beautiful remote locations. Would highly recommend. September 2022
Lovely 2 bedroom ground floor flat. Comfortable beds. Handy pub close by with good food and waterside walking. Tranquil front garden with bench to relax on with a coffee in the morning/mid-day sun. Arnside and surrounding area of natural outstanding beauty. Hope to return. August 2022
